Implement best practices in mental health programming and staff development to help our clients maintain the best trained workforce and provide outstanding service to their customers
Calvert Partners, PLLC was started by James D. Calvert, Ph.D. in 2007. After spending over 20 years in healthcare as a service provider and agency director, Jim saw the need for organizations to demonstrate the effectiveness of their services. Gone are the days when organizations could provide a service and assume that it did good for its clients. If an organization is providing mental health counseling, for example, they need to show that the counseling works. Many organizations are doing a good job, but they aren't sure how to best measure and track their client outcomes. Calvert Partners began by training staff about evaluating programs and tracking outcomes. Over the years we have added accredited training programs for professionals and expanded our employee development services. We found that as we worked with staff on best practices for mental health programming there was need for general staff training, workforce development, and leadership development. We now offer a full range of services geared toward providing the best services for clients. We offer professional continuing education to provide the latest information professionals need in providing mental healthcare services. We also offer program evaluation that includes helping organizations assess staff, leadership, and program services and outcomes.
